Paris is always a good idea

Just like Audrey Hepburn used to say ...

Last Friday & Saturday, hubby & I were in Paris with friends of ours (a couple), who hadn't been in paris in almost 2 decades. This trip to Paris was hubby & his friend's 40th birthday. (to make short) So ... we walked a lot, didn't visit any museum, ate whatever we fancied, with no child to take care of, only to enjoy ourselves, and each other. That was pretty nice, actually !

Delicious looking pastries from Gilles Marchal's bakery (we didn't try but we promised ourselves to try, next time we'll be in Paris)

That's pretty much about it. We ate at La Perla, a Mexican restaurant (rue François Miron, 75004), at Boco (rue Danielle Casanova, 75001), at The Frog pub (Bercy Village, 75013).

Thank you all for your comments on my last post. They mean a lot to me. I'm so very happy to see names I've never seen, or long time (yet silent, or not) readers. Thank you all.
