my little Japan in Paris : Guimet Museum, part one

Three weeks ago, hubby & I went on a two-day trip to Paris, and hit our favorite Japanese spots. I've been sharing them here (if you go back in time, you'll find them all, or click "favorite addresses in Paris" tag) since then, and today I'm sharing with you a place I had never been before, Guimet museum, a museum dedicated to Asian arts.

We didn't have all the time of the world to browse the whole museum, so we of course focused on the Japanese department ! Here are photos of the Japanese ceramics that were displayed.

{ I apologize right now for the poor quality of the photos, I didn't bring my DLSR & simply used my phone, and taking photos through glass panes is a pain in the butt }

I hope you enjoyed the tour of the Japanese ceramic department of Guimet Museum ! I'll be blogging about the rest of the Japanese treasures I've seen in this museum, over the weekend. Until then, I'll wish you a relaxing & ressourcing weekend ahead ! Be well !
