early August nature day trip

Two weeks ago, on the 4th of August, it was still pretty hot (rain all over the country last week had made our temps drop but it's warm again this week) and we'd been on a little nature day trip around Saint Jean de Buèges. I didn't take many photos, actually there are all here.

We'll be away tomorrow & on Friday, for a short trip to a local mountain, where is the last remaining weather station in France. We always go once a year over there, it's like a family tradition. It's not too far yet it is refreshing & "exotic" enough. We plan to explore (once again) the Lac des Pises (click the name for photos from me & others on Flickr)

I hope to come back with loads of nature photos to share with you all next week ! Until then, be well, and enjoy every minute !
